My name is Diana and it is a pleasure to meet you! 

My love for business, people, process, and my community lead to the decision to start my own business. 

I started Kinsei Consulting because I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners start and grow their businesses on a healthy strong operational foundation. 

I love learning about businesses, figuring out what works and what doesn't work and helping them succeed. 

So I gained my super powers through a a combination of education (felt like forever) and a career in Social Services (which felt even longer), I offer more than 25 years of experience in program development, strategic implementation and management, compliance with state and federal requirements involving business operations, excellent project management skills, program and standard operational procedures development, evaluation, and implementation with professionalism, objectivity, and accuracy. 

I am an enthusiastic, energetic, focused, and detailed oriented business woman with a genuine deep rooted passion to help people identify, cultivate, and grow to their true potential. 

I love business and love helping people reach their best. So with a level head for business, a heart for people, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and the endurance for problem solving, I am ready to help you, your team, and your business!
